Anngelia is an award-winning marketing executive with a proven record of leading global agencies, consistently delivering double digit bottom-line growth, while providing above industry norm annual staff and client retention.
With experience across client and agency, for-profit and non-profit, global and regional, she has supported brands in retail, tech, gaming, lifestyle, fashion, luxury, beauty, and CPG industries. Her work has been recognized by The Webby Awards, The Effie Awards, and The Shorty Awards.
As EVP, Influencer Strategy, Ann oversees the overall business strategy and vision for the influencer practice, driving revenue growth, operational efficiencies and developing new business and product strategies.
Prior to Golin, she ran influencer strategy and operations for Edelman, globally. She was part of the team that won the Enfamil AoR influencer business, and the team that helped make the Taco Bell Hotel a thing. Under Ann’s leadership, the practice experienced double-digit growth through new business and new product and service offerings.
She joined Edelman from Dentsu International, where she was responsible for global business strategy and brand vision as well as operations for the digital and influencer practice areas.
Anngelica ran influencer marketing for a portfolio of brands including Walmart, Sam's Club, P&G, Yamaha, Del Monte, Triscuit, Sony, and ASUS. She was one of 25 executive leaders across Dentsu International selected to participate in the prestigious Dentsu Management Institute (DMI), in Tokyo.
Prior to Dentsu International, Ann served as Global Digital Marketing Director for Havas Worldwide, leading global marketing and intra-network operations. She was responsible for leading strategy for a portfolio of clients including IBM, GE, NTUC FairPrice, and Hershey’s.
Earlier in her career, Ann cut her teeth in planning and strategy at NPD Group and Google DoubleClick.
In her spare time, she volunteers with #HashtagLunchbag, God's Love We Deliver, and City Harvest. She has a passion for music and dance and loves to spend time outdoors.
